A Carpenter is an in person and on site position with a required minimum of 2 years experience. The job responsibilities of a Carpenter include rough carpentry and framing, installation of vinyl siding, soffit and aluminum fascia, finished carpentry including installation of doors, windows, cabinets, trim, etc., site preparation and cleanup, material handling, proper use of hand tools and equipment and other tasks necessary to support construction and property maintenance while following basic safety protocol. Carpenters will work independently or with a crew of 1 or more construction workers. Carpenters must communicate with subcontractors, project managers and other stakeholders to continue construction and resolve obstacles.
